We had to wait 45 minutes before we could get into our hotel room. Room was good, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, there are a lot of cuts in single-ply toilet paper
The breakfast was not that good; the rolls were not sufficiently baked so they were not edible. Other bread was delivered too late to the breakfast table. Furthermore, it was very busy during breakfast; there was a long line to get to breakfast and far too few places for all guests. We also missed a waste bin on the tables, where you can put your waste directly during breakfast.
The lockable bicycle shed was very poor; All of Fletcher's bicycles were in the shed, so guests had no place to park their bicycles. Furthermore, the roof of the shed, which was nothing more than a container, was torn and when it rained the bicycles were still soaked.
There was a swimming pool, but the staff did not indicate anything about bathrobes.
All in all a disappointing hotel.

It is a nice hotel but the rooms deserve some extra attention. We had a wonderful stay and the swimming pool and sauna were a nice addition. The food was tasty but a little too little for us... and I'm not a big eater myself. Beds were good.

The hotel was somewhat in disrepair. Paintless in many places. The room itself was fine. But very bare and a bit uncomfortable. I think there were a lot of families who were here with a discount. As a result, the breakfast buffet was almost empty at 9:30 am on Saturday morning and was not replenished. In short, everything radiated “cheap”. The room is bare, no warmth, no coziness.
Two (bath) towels for both of us and no towels at the sink. Never experienced this before! Two mini bottles of shampoo and shower, very meager. Building is outdated, bare spots and really not clean. Breakfast a little sufficient. But a shortage of everything, coffee cups, cutlery, fruit, cheese, poor supplement. You can really do much better with a little effort.

Great hotel, beautiful inside. And outside! But then the room, not well insulated. There was a party and it rumbled through the room until about 12:15 am. Very unfortunate if you want to sleep on time. So inquire carefully whether they have any parties. Too bad, but otherwise nice staff!

Very cozy hotel in a fairytale place. The reception was very friendly. We had no problems getting in and out. The room was big and warm, the bed comfortable and really wide. Free parking at the hotel is an advantage.
