This property was awesome. took care of my son who needed a room quickly and needed a ride to the bus stop. They were very nice and accommodating. Would totally stay here again.

Will never go there again if it's the last hotel in Ellensburg. Very expensive, view of the Les Schwab Tire Center, minimal room with the kind of amenities you'd expect in a nice Motel 6. Breakfast: there was no cream for coffee and the waffles were flavored, the breakfast meat was turkey instead of ham, bacon, or sausage. Very unsatisfying. I lost a $120 set of headphones that weekend and it took me seven phone calls to get hold of someone (who was always either off that day or didn't come in til later) who could check the lost and found.

I will stay here again! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. place is spotless. Pet friendly, breakfast was great and 6 newly installed Tesla destination chargers are available.

I had an issue with a 3rd party reservation company. When I originally contacted the hotel, although the staff was unable to help me, she was polite, understanding, and very helpful. I called back when the general manager, Christine, was working. She was so wonderful in helping me resolve my issue with the 3rd party. I have stayed here before and the staff have always been wonderful. The rooms and pool area are clean.

Very nice hotel! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was difficult only because hotel was likely fully booked. One truck and trailer took up several parking spots. Consider expanding parking for trucks and trailers, or clearly marking available street parking. Overall excellent stay…just had trouble finding parking after a full day of activities at CWU parents weekend. Thank you!
