SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ellensburg

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

Room was fine, big enough for two and clean. The breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff. Overall well put together and decent for a very affordable price. The carpets need a deep clean or replacing. A little more attention to cleanliness detail would be great. There was old French fries under the sitting chair, greasy hand prints on the back of the office chair, and a gummy worm sitting on top of the fire extinguisher box in the hall. We did not utilize the pool or breakfast. The pool looked clean. Breakfast smelled good. The train at night is a bit loud but only through twice. We have stayed here on two separate occasions. Clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay with a good price.

I have stayed here before. This room had more noise. There was a gap of open space at the door threshold and some loud drunks disturbed me at midnight.

First time staying was great. Second time was just ok. No coffee cups, no juice, in breakfast area. 2nd floor room was musty. Will consider elsewhere next trip. Price is always great tho.

Room wasn’t super clean. No napkins at breakfast. Smelly. Staff seemed like there were doing their best. Very friendly.

This hotel is very outdated. The shower tub flooded while in the shower. It failed to drain every single shower, the bottom of the tub was so dirty and felt very rough.

It was a decent hotel. Not having an elevator really ****** and the breakfast could use improvement but the pool was great, the room was clean and it was cheap
