The service attitude is acceptable. The room is not very big. There is a bed less than 1.8m, and the sheets are too thin. Located on the golf course with nice views.

I don't play golf, and maybe I would have liked it better if I did. The hot tub was filthy, and you're best off eating somewhere else.

Very nice setting and ideal location to be away from the Hustle and Bustle of society yet close to a lot of amenities. Staff are very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Pricey for me but, I expect that for it's location and the income of the population of that area. I've stayed many times in the past when coming in from out of state and have always enjoyed doing so. It's a splurge on spending that I don't mind doing for some peace and relaxation.

The resort has a nice lobby. The staff were not very friendly to me or other guests. The house keeping came into our room without announcing themselves while my girlfriend was asleep unattended. We were not in formed the indoor pool would be open or of its existence. The room was "okay" quality. It was also located right by the next to the freight elevator. The best part was the bed and the location of the property

Noise reached our room after 10 p.m., both from another room and through our windows from people leaving the hotel. Reported noise about 11. Spouse again reported noise about 11:30. Spouse and another guest heard an argument outside at night. Noise from truck backing up around 7 a.m.; then noise from truck dropping a ramp. Manager should be required to attempt to sleep in a random "party-sized" king bed suite facing the parking lot every Saturday night until these problems are fixed. Also, stubbed toes twice on the bed support post at the foot of the bed, in the dark. Spouse did as well. Also, perfume smell in the air in our room became slightly bothersome--only way to get away from it was to leave the room. Reported that indoor pool water looked cloudy. Entrance to the pool was then locked.

The room I was put in looks absolutely nothing like this picture. It is horribly outdated, only basic cable, no streaming services, dirty bathroom, uncomfortable beds, paper thin walls where I can hear conversations on both sides AND a balcony door that doesn't lock. Completely unacceptable! I travel frequently for work and this is THE worst place I've stayed!
