After checking out after a 6 night stay, the staff told the front desk employee that there were bed bugs on the same floor I was staying in. Previously in the week I asked the front seat staff what their capacity was at and they said very low. Wouldn’t the staff book us into a different area of the hotel or at least caution guests before checking in? I want a refund. That’s disgusting

When we looked at hotel online it said it had a bar and restauraunt , there was no bar or restaurant the bar was a small fridge with cans of beer in it. Bed was uncomfortable.
Employees were nice and helpful. Wont stay there again.
