Küche war gut. Die Bodenbeläge in den Gängen sehen eher unappetitlich aus. Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, Betten nicht gemacht, Handtücher und Zahnbecher sind nicht vorhanden. WC-Papier wird nicht aufgefüllt. Der Geschäftsführer ist unfreundlich, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. In der Lobby findet teilweise gar kein Service statt, da kein Personal vorhanden ist. Der Kellner versteht deutsch nur mangelhaft, aber sonst sehr aufmerksam. Die Umgebung (Parkplatz und Rabatten) sind ungepflegt. Werden dieses Hotel bestimmt nicht weiterempfehlen es ist den bezahlten Preis nicht wert.

Kaum ein "Grüezzi" und Willkommen schon gar nicht. Der Lift war defekt und zu Fuss in den 3. Stock. Fernehprogamm leider nicht verfügbar, da offenbar gerade gestern ein Modul defekt. SRF 1&2 nicht verfügbar. Nur drei deutschsprechende TV Programme möglich. Radio im Zimmer vorhanden leider keine Kabel eingesteckt und Stromkabel ohne Stecker. Nicht Nutzbar. Dampfabzu im Badezimmer Ausserbetrieb.

We booked several rooms for a family get together and had dinner in the restaurant. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, but dated. The decor in reception is also old but somehow cosy and it fits the location. We were very happy with dinner. Service was friendly and efficient, food of very good quality and the prices are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was ok - good coffee from the machine, nice selection of jams and cereals. The bread selection was (by Swiss standards) quite limited. They also cooked on request eggs and bacon. The hotel is large and it seems often not full. The staff seem to work in multiple roles and our waiter was friendly, his German was a bit limited but luckily we speak some Italian so it was all good. The location is really excellent and Elm itself is a hidden gem. Would certainly stay here again and eat at the restaurant.

Lors d'une escapade dans la région, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant pour déguster une glace. Je ne peux donc pas juger de la qualité de la cuisine. En revanche, les verres et tasses jonchaient les tables, bien que les convives soient partis depuis un petit moment. Nous avons écarté deux verres à bière sur une table et nous sommes assis. Le serveur est venu, a pris notre commande, puis nous a apporté nos glaces. Mais sans jamais enlever les verres sales. D'aucune table, d'ailleurs. Alors, qu'il n'y avait vraiment pas foule, en plein après midi. Et je ne parle pas des toiles d'araignées qui nous entouraient, sur les murs et dans les angles de cette terrasse. Bref, à éviter...

Waren nur für eine Nacht dort. Zimmer Okey. Lage super. Abendessen gut. Beim Frühstück Buffet am Sonntag gab es leider nur Brot, kein Zopf oder Gipfeli. Gastgeber nicht gerade freundlich was sehr schade ist. Hotel in die Jahre gekommen.
