We celebrated a large joint birthday party for 80 people. The Mitre organisation was fantastic with everything thought of. The setting on the terrace and in the orangery was beautiful. The food was delicious and everyone had a brilliant time. Thank you for making it such a memorable night for us!

The hotel was gorgeous and everyone was kind and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic! Great food, great view, and great drinks. We were there to get ready for a wedding and it was a great location. They hosted our after party and it was all perfect!

We went to The Brasserie restaurant and had a really wonderful time! The food was superb, the decor is beautiful and the staff were all incredibly helpful. Our server was Kya and she was absolutely excellent! It really was the best service we had experienced in a long time!

Popped in for cocktails, and was not disappointed. The Tiki Thames and the margarita were excellent, as was the espresso martini, and something with a lemon sorbet, whose name I can't remember. Billy was superb as a server. Didn't eat there on this occasion, as I'm a bit tight, according to my mate Sharon.

Fantastic location. Right across the road from Hampton Court Palace. Friends had to cancel due serious illness but no refund or even date change allowed. Breakfast was limited to 3 hot choices included with b and b (which didn’t include full English or even porridge). Others available but extra cost.

The brasserie at The Mitre at Hampton Court has an excellent location. We sat in the circular room overlooking the River Thames and Hampton Court bridge. So, a great setting. The staff were friendly and polite, especially our waitress Kya, who chatted when we started conversation and did a good job. I quite often have mackeral as a starter and in some restaurants the chef gets it just right and it dances on the tongue. This was a bit bland to be honest. We both had crab linguine for our main and it was ok... in reality, flavoured spaghetti for £26. The wine selection was very good and we had a 500ml carafe of Gavi de Gavi for £35 with starters and the pinot-noir for £26 with the linguine. Overall £163 including the service charge.

We were treated to a Bolli afternoon tea, to celebrate a milestone birthday. The venue is superb and the location gorgeous. We were made to feel welcome and valued. The refreshment was delicious, served with courtesy and discretion (Jessica our waitress was charming). The event exceeded our expectations and we plan to return to this lovely hotel.
