Date went wrong delayed check in made us late to everything 🥺- get to the hotel and realize there’s a deposit “security fee “ is way more then the room rate per night & way more then I ever paid at a hotel! It wasn’t listed on trip.Therefore me and my partner weren’t aware of a 250$ on top of 150$! No hot continental breakfast as mentioned here/ just breakfast bags with a hot sandwich which is tacky!

The property is in a nice area. This is the second time in recent months we stayed here. Both times we had issues with the sink in our room. My husband filled the sink with some water to shave and we were unable to open it again. Odd that the same thing happened both times.

Our stay at this Springhill Suites is always great. The check-in is easy, suite is nicely laid out with nice furniture, bathroom is very nice, and the bed was comfortable.
The one issue was the knob to adjust the temperature in the shower. It kept falling and wouldn't stay so we tied a hand towel around it to hold it. Otherwise we could have been burned by the hottest water. We did report it at checkout.
The breakfast was delicious.
