Property overall was nice. Housekeeping was friendly. Front desk was nice, too! Only issue is with the tub and sink. After one person showered, we had to wait 30 minutes for the tub to drain for the next person to shower. Same w/the sink. It took too long to drain if you let the water run.

Julian was the front desk worker when we got to our hotel. After a ling 3.5hr flight and a horrific mishap at the car rental place we were tired and annoyed by thw time we finally made it to our hotel to check in. Julian made the whole night better with just a big smile and amazing hospitality! He was extremely friendly and welcoming and made us feel so much better, and changed our mood right around! Thank you so much for your genuine cheer! The young lady that checked us out was also so sweet and had such a warm welcoming smile!

What a great stay we had. The front desk and breakfast staff was exceptional. The breakfast included eggs, waffles, bacon and fresh fruit as well as various other choices. Room was clean and functional and included a kitchen for extended stays. Highly recommend this hotel and looking forward to our next stay!

Room was leaking water from the bathroom ceiling and got so bad it was standing 1.5 inches deep in bathroom, kitchen and soaked carpet. I told the desk and housekeeping who did nothing. I checked out early the day after next. Dishonest info posted on their report. I am shocked at this from Marriott. When I reported this again when leaving man at desk said not a word. I told him more in a few minutes and again silence. I was like, what the heck is really going on here. Then the 3rd time I was more assertive and he was red in the face and making up stories like I was catching someone in the act of something. What a bad way to spend over $1000.

Great family hotel. Loved our spacious two bedroom suite. Downside was the extremely hard and uncomfortable sofa bed. Buffet breakfast was very good!
Bathroom walls could use a wash and bathroom fan should be replaced.
All in all we'd stay again!

The Check in was quick and easy. I broke the room on Tuesday through Wednesday 19th and 20th , And I called the hotel to ask for a room on the bottom floor and was able to switch. When we into the room it was exceptionally clean and more than what we expected in a hotel room everyone was courteous and easy to work with. My wife had an appointment for surgery and at Elmwood hospital and it took us maybe 5 minutes to get there from the hotel which was perfect again Well recommend this hotel And family Have a merry Christmas merry Christmas and a happy new year.
