Had a wonderful time staying here. The beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. They go out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay. Emerald is a nice town too with beautiful cotton fields on the outskirts. Looking forward to our next visit :)

The place has just been sold so staff were thin on the ground and the place was in need of some serious TLC. Not withstanding this the staff that were available were fantastic, the rooms were clean, albeit they were missing some basics like dishcloth etc and we were competing with ants for a place at the sink. The pool was disgustingly filthy and had not been cleaned for a while. We used it out of necessity, but not one of us was game to put our heads under. The place has a lot of potential and I hope the new owners turn it back into something special.

I never met any staff as I checked in after they closed 2 pm on Saturday . They did make timely contact and I grabbed my key from night safe .Rather large complex so walked around looking for room .Bit tired after long day on the road so that was a lil off.
A map was mentioned but - would have been handy - maybe there is one somewhere
Clean tidy comfortable - maybe a little old dated but o probs .
