Stayed here for almost 4 weeks and the unit was only serviced twice and one of those times I had to ask for it. Bins weren’t emptied, nothing was cleaned. WiFi stopped working halfway into my stay. Asked multiple times to get it fixed and nothing was done about it. Tiny old TV. Flimsy venetian blinds with no blockout curtains in the bedroom so awake super early from the daylight. Ok for a few nights but anything long term I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

dirty, very noisy, broken power points, mouldy shower, no drinking glasses. access drive is incredibly dangerous - less than 20 mtrs from a blind corner. Rosie did refund my money but told me I wasn't allowed to leave a bad review - this is a breach of Consumer Law.

We are a family traveling on a road tip around Oz. We had a great experience during our time in emerald spending 2 nights in a queen family Apar**ent. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Located in close proximity to fast food outlets with noise and light all night. Drive through and delivery trucks only 10m away. Blinds in bedroom not sufficient to stop it. Manager aware of the problem but will still let you stay there.
