I stayed here last weekend for 2 nights and both mornings people who were not patrons of the hotel came in through the front door, past the front desk clerk who had headphones on and was on his phone, and went to the bathrooms where they proceeded to wash up and leave. On one of the occasions they tried to open the bathroom door stall where I was. I told the front desk and they did and said nothing. In addition, parking is a nightmare as the spaces are limited and you must use a dimly light, vacant garage on the second floor. The way to exit it down a staircase with no windows and minimal lighting or walk down an active driveway. On one of the nights I was there, I drove around the parking lot looking for a place to park, there was none so I had to go to the garage. There was a party going on in the parking lot blocking my way around, after waiting for several minutes hoping they would notice me idling there, which no one did, I beeped my horn to get by and was threatened with bodily harm. I was unable to enter the hotel from that entrance and had to walk around to the front. Let me add I have been staying there for 2 years and have been a Hyatt member for almost 10 years.
