Maravillosa experiencia, es un hotel ideal para descansar donde todo el tiempo te sientes atendido y nada te hace falta. El lugar tiene un gran diseño por dentro y fuera de las habitaciones, me encantó que la habitaciones son pocas y las áreas comunes grandes para que no coincidas con más personas. Es un tremendo lugar para desconectarte de la rutina. Y mención especial para el restaurante

Son duda mi nuevo lugar favorito para cuando vaya a Cuernavaca se siente la vibra italiana y todo en México, mucho arte por todos lados desde las suites inspiradas en famosos pintores, su restaurante Verdesalvia una joya una fusión de México e Italia, su piscina es gigante rodeada de vegetación, cuentan con GYM y Spa.

Muy lindo hotel, las camas cómodas. Nos tocó una habitación chica pero todo agusto. Lo más destacable es su restaurante, es delicioso y más si vas a algún evento. Me gustó la ubicación y sus amplios jardines, los tienen súper cuidados y bonitos.

Tenía entendido que era un hotel solo para adultos y nos encontramos con una familia con hijos en la alberca. La actitud de servicio y la atención oportuna fallaron esta vez. Anteriormente era mucho mejor. Tuvimos el inconveniente de que se desactivó la llave de la habitación y tuvimos que esperar más de media hora para recibir el reemplazo y poder hacer uso de la habitación. Nos asignaron una habitación que dudo que haya sido la categoría Deluxe, por lo que no quedamos contentos. Ojalá que no siga decayendo la calidad del hotel, ya que precioso!

Estuve el dia de los padres con mi familia. ¡El lugar es hermoso! Pero por la fecha estaba atascadísimo, y el servicio fue lento. Los espacios abiertos y la buena música en vivo lo hicieron más llevadero, pero definitivamente no regresaría en día de festejo. Iré nuevamente un día común.
