Quality Suites la Grange

I thought I was getting a good deal. Then the pet bill was almost as high as my room bill. Very disappointed. TVs are to small .I won't be staying with them again. Floors are carpet. Seamed un clean They need to remodle. Toilets were too small too.

Owner charged us $391 for a pet we never had. Owner was the only worker during check out because it was new years. I have the hotel staff who went in our room the day before who agreed we never had a pet in the room. Owner refuses to check the cameras to verify we had no animal in the room. The room was trashy. Missing curtains, ripped curtains, broken desk, drawer handles falling off, door for the fridge cubby was broken, ROACHES in the coffee pot and the bathroom, trash in the pull out bed, stains on the sheets, holes in the wall covered up with electric plates. Heather and house keeping were great and helpful. Replaced my sheet which was a big help!

My stay started with a very bored, unenthusiastic, poorly dressed desk clerk and quickly went down from there. The couch in my room was so broken down I could not sit on it. The desk chair had no arms and was a cheap piece of junk that was totally uncomfortable after 5 minutes. There was no kind of charging station for electronics, certainly no USB charging ports. Bed was OK. Pool floor had a slimy feel to it and water appeared cloudy. The walls in the pool area had been painted with all sorts of touch ups that didn't match the original paint color. In short, pool area was in bad need of a complete renovation. The biggest joke of all was the free "breakfast," which consisted entirely of some cheap grocery store muffins and small bowl of hard little apples, some juice and some coffee. That was the COMPLETE breakfast! No bagels, waffles, cold cereal, nada, zip, zilch. I'll post a picture of the main breakfast area. By the way, myself and two other guests ended up amusing our self by laughing at the perplexed looks on other guest's faces when they checked it out. I'll also post a picture of the main turn in sign for this hotel which pretty much sums it up.

We were in the area for 5 days for a friend's wedding and decided to stay here. All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean and quiet. We were on the top floor in a suite that had 2 beds and a couch. The room was very spacious. We had a pet with us also, there is plenty of grass out front and back to walk your pet. The pool was heated and there were extra towles down there to use when getting out of the pool. Breakfast was good too fresh Biscuits, eggs, sausage, gravy and waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagles and juice. Washer and dryer were located by the pool so I did laundry while the kids played. There is also a workout room near the pool. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area. Thanks again for the good service and clean room!

An okay hotel experience. The room was spacious, but did not cool off as I'd like. The bathroom was a bit tight in space. Great water pressure. Very little ventilation. The beds are comfy. Breakfast was alright. I'm gluten free so I had to ask for oatmeal, which the hotel had. The eggs were so-so. The breakfast attendant was friendly and attentive.
