The room that I was allocated was too small you can’t even move to other side of the bed I think rather closed that room and I was expecting to get the fridge in the room but nothing the food was not have variety to choose on

The hotel is clean and am happy with the renovations as well as the back up of water "shedding"...there is a lot that has been improved since the first visit to now,,meaning that the management do take our comments seriously....thank you keep it up.

Not so good,
Shower very tiny sacred to move around in shower because one side soap dish taking unnecessary space, shower door very difficult place, the main door of bathroom don't close no privacy at all. Aircon making noise couldn't sleep, staff loading inside the passage making loud noise, talking super loud and disturbing guest, when you enter hotel no one is sitting in front sometimes have to wait. Overall not good.

Though about big name but nooooo not of that standard. Was expecting the feeling of woe but was totally not happy. The brand name don't match with the quality.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. My room was extra clean and the restaurant where I had breakfast was clean. The staff at the restaurant were amazing, very professional and helpful! The hotel' location is in town surrounded by shopping malls which makes it the best destination!!
