Via een aanbieding bij dit hotel terecht gekomen. Het vinden van het hotel was erg moeilijk omdat we het verkeerde adres (huisnummer) door hadden gekregen. Je komt via een industrieterrein uiteindelijk bij een prachtig gelegen hotel. De bediening is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was prima met daarbij een zeer ruime badkamer voorzien van hoekbad en heerlijke inloopdouche. Het ontbijt was prima en ook het avondeten was zeer smakelijk. Op de eerste verdieping was een koelkastje waar je gratis gekoeld water kon nemen. In het arrangement zat ook de gratis huur van e-bikes. Ook dat werd prima door een van de medewerkers uitgelegd. Echt een plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen.

Heerlijke plek, direct aan de Hermannsweg, superhandig. Ook voor kinderen leuk (trampoline, speeltoestel) en heerlijk ontbijt met zelf te bakken wafels, jammie!

We were travelling and had stayed here before. This time however a quieter time and but we loved being guests (along with our dog). Lovely room was prepared for us - all very newly fitted with fabulous location which you would not think possible on driving to the hotel. Quiet and beautiful- with lovely walks just steps from the hotel. Personal service for breakfast. The staff could not do enough for us. Thank you - we will be back.

Geboekt als overnachting onderweg, dus vooral gelet op de locatie. De weg er naartoe loopt via een industriegebied, maar als je over de brug het terrein op rijdt, is die eerste indruk snel vergeten. Een historisch pand mooi gelegen in een park / bos, in een rustige omgeving. Dat belooft veel..... Na een vriendelijke ontvangst bekijken we onze kamer, wel op de 2e verdieping en geen lift (?). Voor ons geen probleem, maar wel om rekening mee te houden. Het interieur van de kamer is deels vernieuwd met perfecte bedden, en de rest ziet er nog netjes en schoon uit. Het restaurant biedt een dagkaart of een menu, en onze keuze smaakte erg goed. En met een attente bediening. De volgende ochtend wachtte ons een groots ontbijtbuffet, met een enorme keuze. Later hoorden we dat dit elke zondag is, ook voor gasten van buiten het hotel. Kortom onze overnachting onderweg was echt de moeite waard, om een klein stukje van de snelweg af te rijden.

The only thing that works in the pension is the service. (2 men occupied). There has been no sauna and no pool for 2 years. The rooms are shabby I don't want to say a word about the bathroom. The stairs to the 2nd floor are not possible for the elderly to pray about 15cm. Dinner comes with the catering service and costs €23.50. Oh well. The emptied bottles are in the mailbox next to the bike shed. Approx. 250 pieces. All in all, spend a little more money and look for a 4-star hotel nearby.
