Shabby room. Beautiful on the outside, but inside you can see that little love has been given to it. What a shabby atmosphere. Sad and unkempt room with torn curtains, cheap and too soft beds with mattresses that shift. I don't think it is for nothing that we had to pay at check-in. The only advantage is that you are right in the center.

The rooms are old and dirty and really need a makeover. Dirty stains on the wall and on the floor. Toilet and sink that leaked causing a puddle in the bathroom. Too busy in the dining room, so people were queuing for a table. All in all very mediocre and in response to the receptionist we apologize. You could do it with that!!

The room (single room at the front of the hotel) was fairly basic. Small wet room, with shower curtain and small sink. Shower worked very well. Very narrow bed but with excellent bedding. The room was big enough and you could make it nice and warm if you wanted. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room was sometimes a bit cramped. The stairwell was certainly impressive and radiated the glory of an old monastery.

This is a charming character hotel set on the main street into the delightful city. Reception staff are very welcoming and were helpful on arrival. The breakfast is good and the staff are very polite and friendly. The room size is ok, and the beds are comfy. It's warm too...
