The Emsworth B&B Hotel

I stayed here for 4 days. The Hotel is fantastic and in a great location, 15min walk to Emsworth, 10 min from a Co-Op and shops, parks, church and playground. It has recently been refurbished and is very modern and clean. There is a library where there are books and daily newspapers. A small gym (loved it) and a beautiful dining area and garden restaurant (Blooms). Ample parking (even for motorhomes etc) It appears to be quite a popular destination even with non-staying locals There is a brand newly installed wood fired pizza oven! The breakfast service is remarkable, lots of choice. Simply Delicious! Fresh food. The efforts of the staff (Beth, Karen, Marcella, Margret and Shauna to name a few) make it a delightful experience. They have excellent customer service skills and table-side manner, well trained, well versed and intuitively know just what to say (or not to say) and they make it a relaxing experience. Nothing to fault but everything to praise! Paul the owner (along with his wife Anna) are very busy, busy, people and active community Emsworth volunteers. Paul is a man fully commited to his Hotel trade and his talents and skills are self-evident. Yet he still finds the time to chat with his guests and make them feel welcome and appreciated. Nothing is to much trouble. If only all the hotels were run like this...highly recommend.

Some people just get it right. I take my hat off to you If they're is a gold standard for bnb this deserves it Lots of parking, outside area is clean and well done very inviting Reception welcoming and friendly again immaculate, As is the public areas Room is a like on the small side for a double but adequate Lots of electric points plus one by the bed! All the normal bits tv kettle ect. En suite even has a bath and again spotlessly clean. The bed though as frequent traveller I've experienced lots of different mattresses This one is perfect, clean and fresh sheets slept like a log lots of comfy pillows. To break fast All the cereals help yourself toast, the butter is local and tastes wonderful Waitress takes your order for tea and breakfast. Freshly cooked and honestly one of the best I've ever tasted Oh and tea in a pot with proper sized cups. Go enjoy honestly if I had to fault it, towels are a little small in the bathroom. Great value for money as well

lovely b&b clean and fresh had a smaller room than the last time we stayed still good. Great breakfast and Emsworth has a lovely harbour and pubs

Lovely room, small but had everything. Staff really firendly and breakfast lovely. Dining room was cold but i sat next to radiator so not too bad. Was a big room though so would be hard to heat. They were having some building work done so could also be the case it was chilly. The duvet was thin and very lumpy when i shook it out i think it might have been dried on a high setting and it went into clumps. I forgot to mention it whilst there, (busy trip) im sure they would have changed it. But i would recommend thicker duvets especially as the heating went off rhrough the night. Bathroom small but clean. I would definitely stay again. Parking was easy. On arrival was given a helpful map of the area for places to eat etc. The staff were so nice & helpful.

We stayed a while ago pre refurbishment and it was good. Now it is excellent, perfect value for money, Personalised service, marvellous breakfast. Clean rooms, quiet location. Plenty of parking all with the quirky option of Blooms located behind.

All round very good experience... from parking to reception to breakfast... comfortable and cosy... would stay again.

Room very clean but just a bit cold in the bathroom no radiators

The hotel is very homely. All of the staff are very friendly, professional and curteous. The room was very clean and warm. The breakfast is so lovely, excellent choice as well. Definitely will stay again, and I would recommend the Emsworth hotel.

Only a night stay, but disappointed with the shower as the drainage was blocked and backed up when showering. The breakfast room is nice but the table for 4 near the dresser causes chaos for people trying to get past. Apart from that it’s a nice place and reasonable value for money.
