La atención de la recepción fue buena, los empleados atendian muy servicialmente dentro de sus posibilidades y muy amables. En cuanto a la limpieza, fatal, el primer día parecía que la habitación estaba limpia y al día siguiente fuimos encontrando suciedad por los rincones, nada que fuera poca cosa que se puede pasar, en este caso un cubo de galletas con muchos blisters vacios de pastillas... y vamos estubimos una semana y nadie pasó a limpiar, tuvimos q pedir toallas limpias porque no pasaban, (quitando del penúltimo día que llamaron a la puerta por la tarde cuando estabamos dentro) , menos mal que somos gente limpia... En cuanto al servicio de restaurante (bufet), buuff... mejor no hablar, fue horrible. Primera la mesa te la pones y te la quitas tú, todos tocando hasta los mismos cubiertos... Sigo la comida era d malísima calidad y habia poca variedad, quitando del desayuno que si habia variedad pero igualmente muy mala calidad. Nosotros teníamos media pensión y con bajar un par de veces a cenar tuvimos bastante... Por último, las mosquiteras estaban rotas y entraban bichos al comedor y la limpieza era un poco justa (los manteles están para tirar..) Y en cuanto a la habitación muy antigua, la mia sin un armario normal donde organizar la ropa, si hace calor te asas y el baño sobre ser viejo le faltaban hasta azulejos... Así y cuidado con las habitaciones abuhardilladas del 6to piso porque las ventanas son muy peligrosas para los niños y perros ya que caben por arriba de las pequeñas barandillas que están a nivel del suelo. En fin, logicamente no volveremos, fue una muy mal experiencia, creo que no cuesta tanto hacer las cosas bien... La ubicación muy buena! (La nevera, tostadora y ventilador son mias..)

Este es un hotel de clientela familiar que te transporta a 30 años atrás. Con una estética de las de antes, con habitaciones que algunos dirían retro pero que en el fondo necesitan una actualización o renovación, sí que hay que reconocer que todo está bastante limpio y que la atención es bastante correcta en todo momento. Por el precio que tiene la media pensión, creo que el buffet que ofrecen es más que correcto, destacando el desayuno por cantidad y diversidad. En cuanto a la ubicación, es complicado aparcar gratis, porque todo es zona azul o parquing de pago, pero como en casi toda Andorra.

We were for one day in Andorra and decided to stay overnight, therefore a last minute attempt to find a hotel. Although the rooms were fairly clean the aspect of everything took me back to the cold war, truly depressing. It wasn't expensive either but i can tell you this much, we decided not to take a shower there and wait until next day to get back to France. Not recommended, unless you must stay in Andorra overnight, otherwise plan ahead for a better accommodation.

Superbe hôtel très bien situé, les animaux sont admis et le garçon de l Acceuil est super sympas. Très grand balcon superbe vue avec ensoleillement. Toutes commodités aux alentours, restaurants commerces air de jeux ect. Parking en bas de l Hotel.

Higiene pésima, sin sitio para el coche, desayuno pésimo, la calefacción no va, el ascensor no va, por lo menos el trato de los trabajadores es agradable. Además, para rematar en nuestra habitación se escucha el ruido de lo que parece ser la caldera y no nos deja ni descansar. No volvería.

We arrived and the attention of the girls at the reception was very pleasant. Our surprise was upon entering the room, first an unbearable smell of dirt and humidity, you couldn't even breathe. Then the pipes, exposed dirty and full of rust with a hole in the wall that who knows what could come out of there. And last but not most important the sink, with the dirty shower. The worst of the hotels we have been to, dirty with hair on the sheets. Broken toilet and bathtub. Very old. They didn't clean it. Horrible food all reheated. The director is incompetent, she does not look for solutions, on the contrary, she is rude. Don't really go, I've had the worst stay on the horrible Pilar Bridge. Hotel viejo, cutre, tuberías oxidadas, lavabos comunes rotos. Habitaciones del siglo pasado y poca limpieza. No nos hicieron las camas uno de los días y dijeron que había que pedirlo ( no lo he visto nunca en un hotel)... El bufet de los peores: comida escasa, mala calidad, quemada y seca. Atención pésima: nos dieron una habitación que no correspondía con lo que habíamos contratado. Reclamamos y nos tuvieron 2 horas esperando por la directora, que nunca llegó a dar la cara. Nos negaron la hoja de reclamaciones varias veces diciendonos que el problema era de booking, no de ellos que teníamos que reclamar a booking y estabamos en otro pais, no nos pusieron en contacto con booking en ningun momento. Sin duda, no volveré. Me siento engañado.Es Vergonzoso y lamentable.
