We were welcomed nicely with two amazing front desk representatives. Received clean and comfy room. It was day before Christmas, and we were told the timing for breakfast . Next morning we found out there no breakfast served at all! Because it’s Christmas!! It’s like you book the flight , but no flight attendants cuz they are on vocation 😀 All hotels guests were very confused, no one received any note about it, we were very disappointed because one of the reason we pay more for this hotel -is breakfast, since we were driving with kids. Don’t recommend this hotel .

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Heard a few planes overhead while trying to sleep and also had some noisy guests with doors opening and closing and voices around midnight and later. Did manage to get some sleep anyway.

Very nice place to stay. King size room with couch was spacious and had plenty of usb ports and a large flat screen TV. We were on the 1st floor and ice machine was located on the 2nd. The ice machine was quirky but an employee was in the area and helped figure it out. The hotel was conveniently located just outside the city. We would stay here again.

The faculty is pleasant, relatively modern and clean. The restaurant seems to do little business and looks deserted even when open. The location is reasonably close to Amherst and less costly and parking is free.
