The check in process was quick and easy. They accommodated a room change. The location is right across from Bradley airport. There are many restaurants and attractions near by. W e went to the New England Air Museum. The staff was so kind and everything was clean and comfortable. We will be staying again.

The room is spacious. The lighting is a bit dim. The only downside is that the breakfast options are a bit limited. The airport shuttle is fast.

Facilities: The hotel is not far from the airport. There is a 24-hour shuttle bus, which is very convenient. The waiting time for pick-up and drop-off is not long, about 20-30 minutes. The hotel facilities are relatively complete.
The bed size is relatively large, and a family of four can stay there without being crowded.

Everything was great! Breakfast was tasty. I would suggest when it’s a cheer competition weekend keeping all the families together and not mixing other guests in between. My room was right in the middle of two cheerleaders and it became loud late at night and early in the morning.
