Best Hotels near Huis Jonathas, Enghien

We have chosen this beautiful place for our marriage unfortunately the politeness and gentleness of some of the local managers are far from the minimum syndical you could hope for this kind of place... the evening of the marriage I hear me say By the owner that there is a seminar and that I therefore have no noise and not to enclosure the passage and that it is a privilege to let me decorate the room that I've hired over €3000 and that I've chosen it well so it is at its conditions ! My guests and my service providers have literally been attacked and threatened to be fucked at the door by madame. The commitments made by the owners have not been respected and even the evening we meet with our naked singer changing out of her room without even having the opportunity to get her scene costumes... Although we are We had a calm discussion the next morning, but I can unfortunately only give a negative opinion on this beautiful place. I can only advise you to find another place for your marriage if you want to avoid this kind of extra stress...

I stayed before at the Tower Hotel and had no complaints - this time it was a difference like day and night. I was accommodated across the yard/car park and had to climb up iron stairs with heavy luggage as no lift/no porter. The hotels website describes itself as being focused on luxury and enjoyment .....My room was dull, dark and boring. Not even a writing desk to work from. Curtains/windows to be closed at all times as facing a guest passage/smoking area. When requesting for a rooms change the reply one of indifference like on arrival - unwelcoming bordering on arrogance. When I noted that my otherwise ok bathroom had no soap I had to climb again down the iron stairs only to be told by the receptionist that ‘’ The Housekeeper was told by the Manager that they are no longer allowed to buy soap ‘’ and that I could use the body wash from little plastic tubes. This is the first time when staying at a hotel that I had to go shopping to buy some soap. This environmentally not so friendly hotel provides as so-called 4 star hotel toothbrush glasses made from plastic wrapped in plastic. Breakfast is only until 09am - another first for me - and do not expect to be greeted . This is the NO smiles hotel and do not bother to ask for a later than1100 am check out which is met by a near hostile reply ‘ 30 Euros for 2 hours’ After sitting 4 hours in a not very comfortable lobby the receptionist could not even be bothered and lift his eyes from this computer screen to say good-by to my fellow travellers . As a well seasoned seasoned widely travelled Hotelier this is about THE worst experience as far as hospitality is concerned

Very good stay Very pleasant home, thank you for accepting a change of room for the comfort of our baby The room was in line with our expectations including the demand for a bed for baby Room very clean. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Free parking with a lot of place so no problem of parking, small bemol for the card that never passed to the grid but reception always available to open at any time.
