We spent the weekend at the barriers hotel it was not the first time for me. My friend made the booking. I was very surprised of ********** had to walk to be in our room. I heard the hotel was in renovation but they put us in very old rooms! With damaged white wall paper. The room didn't even have a coffee machine for a 5 stars hotel in Enghien I don't understand. Also the carpet in the corridor was old and not welcoming. I spent myself some time in barriers hotel but I was in complete different room. I am very disappointed.

Très agréable l'hôtel est joli même s'il faut un coup de jeune. Mais c'est surtout le personnel qui fait le séjour des gens adorables !

L' accueil téléphonique de la réception de l Hôtel est exécrable ; on vous parlera de manière injonctive ; vos questions dérangeront !!! Tout est fait pour vous faire fuire; On vous raconte même que l hôtel est complet quand il ne l est pas !!!!

Odeur de tabac froid et d égout dans la chambre supérieure vue lac. On a pas pu nous changer de chambre et on m a juste expliqué que c était l’odeur du spa qui remontait Sauf a ne plus avoir la vue sur lac impossible de changer !!! . Couloirs interminables où on se perd et 2 ascenseurs pour arriver à la chambre les plafonds de la piscine s effritent c est une honte pour un 4 étoiles. Chaussons pour femme pour le spa taille 37/38 pas pratique lorsque on chausse du 41 ! Ce n’est plus ce que c était !!

Really like the place, but (except for team at the restaurant, which is great!) could really be better on service (saying hi to customers, treating them fairly). I will come back as it is great and convenient but will lower expectations on that aspect

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais le service est bon et le restaurant est excellent. Le lieu est magnifique, juste près du lac d’Enghien.

Mon mari m’a réservé un massage au Spa car je ne parle pas bien Français. J’ai été emmenée dans une cabine de massage et la masseuse a commencé son travail. Au bout de 10min, le staff s’est aperçu que ce n’était la bonne masseuse. J’étais couverte d’huile de massage et on m’a dit de me rhabiller pour changer de cabine de massage. J’ai été obligée de réclamer un peignoir! Ensuite, la masseuse qui devait s’occuper de moi a commencé son massage. J’avais demandé à ce qu’il soit ferme et fort mais elle a fait son propre massage, trop léger à mon goût. Elle ne m’a pas demandé de feed-back pour ajuster sa pression à aucun moment. Ensuite, elle m’a tiré sur chaque poignet de manière sèche, me faisant craquer les joints des coudes, sans mon consentement, ni m’avoir prévenu au préalable. Par ailleurs, je n’ai pas chronométré mais le massage ne m’a pas paru durer 1h comme j’avais demandé car à 11h j’étais encore en salle d’attente, puis on m’a amené dans la mauvais cabine de massage où la masseuse a commencé mon massage vers 11h05-11h10 pendant 5 à 10 min avant que je ne doive changer de cabine de massage, et je suis sorti à 12h15. À la sortie du massage, j’avais mal aux coudes! Mon mari a informé la directrice de l’accueil, très aimable, mais qui, après son « enquête » auprès de ses collègues, a insinué que je racontais n’importe quoi. Aucune solution, ni geste commercial n’a été proposé. Franchement, service déplorable et massage à éviter.
