What stood out for me was their friendly staff. Beautiful outdopr pool and the best thing is that it’s heated. The room was nice but not at the level that they’re charging.

The hotel is situated on a picturesque hillside, with a boat and cable car service directly to Lucerne's city center. It's very convenient and offers breathtaking views. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was particularly commendable, serving excellent Western cuisine. The waiters were down-to-earth and sincere. On August nights, I could sleep with the balcony windows open, enjoying the cool breeze and the refreshing warmth. It felt like I was lying in the mountains, yet so peaceful.

This resort is really great. Many politicians who come to Switzerland for meetings will choose to vacation here. This is also where Hepburn got married. It is very good, with good food, good accommodation, and great facilities. I highly recommend it. The highlight of the entire Swiss trip is this hotel.

On 7 April, we spent some time at the spa, which closes at 7:00 PM. At around 6:45 PM, the guard stood by the pool staring at me while I was still swimming, spinning his keys in a way that made me feel rushed to leave early. My mother and I were the last guests there at the time. At exactly 6.50 PM, while we were still gathering our belongings, he turned off the lights, which felt quite abrupt and unwelcoming. We stayed for several nights without any issues, but this experience left a negative impression. Unfortunately, we probably won’t return, and readers may want to consider other options.

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious I never had a meal that wasn’t short of excellent. The hotel was clean, beautiful and relaxing with all the fire places. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Every one was friendly but the Chef who makes the best omelette was so spot. The head manager Natelie was super friendly and accommodated my every need. Selma salhi Was one of the best servers I ever had. This place is truly a 10 out 10. I’ll be back next Winter with my family!
