Located in a beautiful building and just a 20mins walk from the city centre this lovely Bed and Breakfast is really something to look out for. Run by a very nice and friendly couple, breakfast was very delicious. My partner attended a pipers session in town and they let him practice in the tea room for a while and gave very good advice on where to eat in town.

Could not recommend Knockaderry House enough! Gerry & Mary are amazing hosts who are so hospitable, knowledgeable about the area and go above & beyond for their guests. The breakfast was amazing - freshly prepared scones, a variety of fresh fruit & freshly baked pastries. The beds are honestly the comfiest I’ve experienced, we didn’t want to leave. They even have their own website where you can get the best deal for your stay! Can’t wait to go back.

Knockaderry house was like a home away from home for us. Jerry and Mary were amazing hosts and treated us like family. The house had so much history and charm, the breakfast was delicious and very filling. Jerry and Mary were great at recommending places for us to eat, drink and visit. We went to the Cliffs of Moher and Jerry recommended we take the boat tour and gave us directions, it was so worth it. Would highly recommend staying here whether it’s your first time to Ireland or not. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Jerry and Mary for an amazing experience! -Ben and Jesi

Great location, quiet, comfortable, our host gave us a 5 star welcome. It was during COVID restrictions and it still felt like home. We had a restaurant reservation in The Old Ground, a bit of a novelty given the restrictions. Our host chauffered us to our destination. We will be back for sure

Thanks for a lovely stay. The hospitality was fantastic. The owner took special care to provide great service. Great location close to Shannon. Close to a lot of local landmarks. Continental breakfast was great with homemade breads.

Excellent accommodation while wanting for nothing. It was originally on the Knockaderry Dairy Farm and the original part of the house was quite old. Mary & Gerry were wonderful hosts. Breakfast consisted of yogurt with granola or berries, homemade scones, chia toast from the local bakery with butter and jams, and cereal. The rooms was well appointed with comfortable bed linens and pillows. Large closet. Large bathroom with hair dryer. We chose Ennis for 3 nights of the beginning of a 2-week tour and branched out from there as our base, so we wouldn't have to keep repacking.

La Knockaderry Country House è un'incantevole casa poco lontano dal centro di Ennis, nella contea di Clare. Il padrone Gerry vi offrirà un meraviglioso soggiorno in una delle località più caratteristiche, lontano forse dai circuiti turistici più frequentati, ma allo stesso tempo perfetta anche come punto d'appoggio per esplorare la regione in auto. Dall'arredamento delle camere alla colazione risulta tutto di ottimo gusto e confortevole. Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile!
