Westville Hotel

Very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable

My partner and I have not been in Enniskillen before and we wanted somewhere close to amenities so we chose the Westville so glad we did. This hotel has everything you need and while it's not a massive hotel it's certainly unique. When we arrived we were greeted by Ashling and duty managers Robert and Kelly we felt special they were so friendly and gave great advice on local attractions we ate in the bar that evening and the food and service were amazing Annie was so efficient. The next morning we went down for breakfast and again food was excellent we went back to our room and upon approach we heard chatter (not loud) and laughter my partner was intrigued and went to talk to them as they were so happy it was infectious we chatted to Tina and Aggie these 2 for us were the heart of the hotel so welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much bother , we were taken aback when we later found out we were actually talking to the accommodation manager she was so down to earth and was working along side her team not something you see very often from a manger a true gem. We would and have recommended this hotel to family and friends because from start to finish we were treated as if we were family and while all the staff were amazing we wanted to mention the 6 people that made our stay great, Aisling,Robert, Kelly, Annie,Aggie and Tina are a great asset to this hotel the management should be so proud . We will definitely return . Thankyou

Very disappointing stay. Beautiful hotel but rooms cold and had to ask for heating to be put on.On first night had dinner in bar and was deeply disappointing.Meal of fish and chips was very poor standard poor fish quality and batter and tasteless and chips minimal and crusty bits of potatoes.When we told the waitress she offered either a dessert or coffee but we declined as we just wanted a decent main course.We then had to wait 15 minutes to speak to manager and we had expected a discount or an offer of dinner the following night.However all we were offered was the full bill which was also expensive with no apology for poor quality . Upon return to hotel at 1am sat night we rang contact number on door and had to wait 15 minutes for night porter to let us in on a freezing cold wet night. Again poor service for a four star hotel which was not cheap.

Overall we had a nice stay in the hotel. However check out is at 11, it cost 10 euro extra to check out 12 instead.which is the standard time for most hotels. Food was nice but breakfast was a bit disappointing/basic. For the price of our stay.

This is a terrific hotel in a great central location in Enniskillen.. The service was exceptional and homely...dinner and breakfast was top drawer. Breakfast menu was very good and cooked to order. Great value for a break in Enniskillen. Hats off to the Westville 👍👍👍

Really central location, very spacious clean and comfortable room, welcoming platter in room a nice touch ,staff were friendly and helpful, dinner menu very good, had superb breakfast would recommend and hope to be back during the summer.

Really enjoyed our stay at the westville Hotel. The hotel is in a good location to town and castle. The staff are very nice and the meal and breakfast is very good. The hotel is nice and clean and very comfortable. Will definitely come back again for another stay.

We had a lovely getaway stay for 1 night, every single staff member we encountered were friendly and professional. The food was amazing and even the smallest room was so much more spacious compared to other hotels we've been to! The only issue we had was that the wifi was a bit slow when we were up in the room, but even then it wasn't too bad - just needed a little more time to lpad whatever we are watching/browsing!

Dined here for Mother’s Day lunch and have to say I was absolutely blown away with both the food and service, even on what was obviously an extremely busy day. I’ve been in this hotel a few times, since moving here from Liverpool 5 years ago, for functions and interviews etc but have never dined in. I have to say it is massively underrated. An absolute gem in Enniskillen. The staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed a five star experience and couldn’t do enough for us. Philip the supervisor in particular warrants a special mention for his outstanding customer service skills. There are lots of average and good places to eat in Enniskillen but the Westville stands out amongst this crowd as excellent. Will definitely return in the future and highly recommend to others.
