The location is a bit nowhere in the midland. Luckily we drove our car and get there by luck. Gaode Map pointed us to a different location and the hotel name and direction are not displayed clearly at the main road. Service are good and attentive.
Other than this, the experience is superb and extremely good value for money. Rooms are spacious, clean & tidy. Only complain would be the shower which the water pressure is low and we could hardly tune the temperature. The Hot spring is located separately with 5 min walking distance. Changing room and swimming pool are great too. Breakfast is nice with lots local variety but not great. Standard is 4 stars for breakfast. Not many great restaurants for dinner nearby and we managed to find one with 15 minutes drive.

The staff at the reception made mistakes that the room cards could not be open when we returned room in the second of our 3-day stay. We needed to went to the reception to rectify the problem.

The room itself wasn't a big problem; after all, it's an older hotel, and the maintenance was fairly good—just an old-fashioned luxury hotel. The hot spring area, however, clearly felt dated and relatively old.

Breakfast was terrible. We went down at 8:45 and there was nothing left. The room was also quite old, and the bathrobes were tattered 😄 We had to call to ask for slippers. Especially the breakfast—it was the first time I'd ever experienced anything like it; words can't describe it. Watch the video.

The room environment was nice, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The front desk service was good, but the room service was average. The hot spring area was also nice, with attentive service and clean towels.
Unfortunately, the hotel's food was terrible. The 128 RMB Western-style buffet dinner was rubbish, and the breakfast included with the room was also rubbish. The worst part was the restaurant staff.
The only restaurant in the entire resort was the hot spring area on the second floor, where you could eat soup and snacks. There were no other restaurants to choose from. My 4-day, 3-night trip was ruined by the food.
A bad experience; I will never stay at this hotel again.
