A mi junto a mi pareja nos hicieron un cargo extra por hacer check in a las 6pm y no 3pm como decía en la reservación, ya estábamos en otra ciudad y no sabíamos a donde ir y lo tuvimos que pagar. En la noche salimos y a nuestro regreso nos dimos cuenta como a una pareja de recién casados los dejaron sin su noche de bodas por haber vendido la habitación, es ridículo exigirles hacer check in a las 3 (pues obvio se estában casando) vi como la pareja se fue súper triste a ver si tenían suerte y encontraban otro lugar. Creo que un hotel siempre debe tener una habitación libre y tratándose de una novia que si había reservado pues darle hasta un mejor servicio para que no olvide una de las que debió ser su noche más especial. Son unos groseros

La vista es muy buena, puedes bajar a la playa hermosa a caminar o a hechar un chapuson si el clima te lo permite, el temaky sushi bar se me hizo buenisimo, las cocteleria del bar me encanto en especial el carajillo, los sabados hay evento para los jovenes de djs esta suave. Si regreso! El desayuno incluido estuvo bueno pero me hubiera gustado mas variedad, el buffet muy bueno. En general muy bien, si regreso

The Hotel was very confortable, and clean, i went to some hotels in ensenada like San Nicolas and it was really dirty, really there is no comparation, the food was great and the attention was ok, the beds were really confortable.

tarifa ireregular no informan que las habiracions con vista al mar tienen costo diferente, en el restaurante los alimentos son caros y las porciones pequeñas, lo desayunos incuidos en el precio son deficiantes, hay mantenimiento scaso y nuetro baño tenia una fuga en el sanitaruio, en la noche habia muchio ruid opor prte de el personal de recepcion, tenian la musica a todo volumen localizacion adecuiada y hotel nuevp, areas comuines limopias y bien cuidaddas, excelente servicio del portero del estaciionamiento

Stay away. They try to provide service but they fail. Don't waster your money here. Toilet was leaking water when we checked into the room. Instead of changing my room, they spent over an hour trying to fix it. Brush your teeth with bottled water! The water in the shower and sink tastes salty. Bed linens and towels were dirty. Room service is a joke, they gave my order to another room. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Bring ear plugs! The street noise makes it difficult to sleep at night.
