Very good costumers cervice the only thing the girl the works at the spa needs to improve customer service she looks at you like you can not afford the spa 😡 but other than the very good

To start off, at around 8:30pm a random guy who apparently was “staying in the room next to ours” opened our room door !!!!!!!!!!!!! You read that right a random guy opened our room door, you can only imagine the fear we felt. We called the front office and they just came to change the key but common who the hell is going to be comfortable after that happens. After a sleepless night the next morning it was time to shower and get ready and sure enough there was absolutely no hot water so I called the front desk and they simple said they couldn’t do anything about it!!!!!!! Hotel itself is not bad but after these incidents I won’t be staying here again nor do I recommend anyone to do so.

booked because of Hottub but it was cold and then the fire pits were not able to be turned on because of issues so I do not recommend this property in the winter
