必須説服務很好，服務員很主動和熱情，還可以幫忙風乾換洗衣服。房間設施一般，衞生不錯，我們訂了5間房住了2天，大家都還比較滿意。位置就在土司城一個景區，需要穿過一個短隧道進入停車場，步行5分鐘到土司城入口。不足有兩點，一是早餐種類不多，並且沒有水果，建議準備幾種，二是一個房間每天衹送2瓶水，再要水一瓶2塊錢，富硒礦泉水，價錢真不貴，衹是收費給住客感覺略差了一點。附近沒什麼好吃的飯店，建議打車去市裡吃。

之前住過幾次，這次感覺最差。酒店依山而建，靠山那邊的房間缺乏光照，濕氣較重，所以訂房時特別要求要能見到陽光的房間，結果到店入住還是給了一間無陽光房，陰冷潮濕，被子都有水汽。

1月13日，下午大概2點多入住，前台上中班的一位女生服務態度很差，不熟悉自己的業務，對酒店客房前台價格更是不熟悉，一問啥也不知道，對客服務的態度更是不用説了，什麼微笑服務簡直從頭到尾都沒有體現過，一副客人欠她錢似得，説話還一直和客人互懟，希望酒店加強對前台服務人員的培訓，畢竟是官家接待之地，樹立一個良好的服務形象。入住的客房衞生不過關，水龍頭放出來的水都是黃色的，酒店的客房品質把控需要加強……
