酒店裝修時間有點長，但該有的設施都有。

恩施大峽谷附近唯一的四星級酒店，典型的老牌四星級，景色好，停車免費，其他就不要太高要求
去恩施大峽谷方便，可以趕最早班進去，或者最晚班出來，吃飯離開幾公里就有一個和渣，還湊合可以吃

這次酒店的選擇挺不如意的，理由如下：
1）標題説房間可以看到大峽谷全景，其實不然，視線被擋，並不很怎麼樣。
2）最嚴重的一個問題是房間內噪音很多：來自於門窗外的汽車聲音，半夜、大清早都很擾神，主樓（辦理入住的樓）正對着停車場；還有噪音來自走廊，其他房間的關門聲就能很清晰的傳入；早上六點來鍾服務員敲別的房門，喊着“服務員”也能很清楚聽到；還有服務員推車輪子聲。總之很不清凈。
3）衞生不理想，裝水的容器都長毛了。
4）淋浴間居然沒有掛鈎或者架子，洗浴用品都衹能放外面，對於洗澡來説很不方便，而且洗的時候打開玻璃門又冷。
5）早餐的餐廳貌似不是酒店的，在遊客中心大門斜對面。
酒店的位置離遊客中心很近。
