酒店前台服務員非常熱情，免費升級了房間，入住舒適，氣候宜人！恩施的海鮮自助便宜又好吃，土司樓就在市區，遊客蠻多的！

攜程上是豪華型酒店，但我並沒有感受到豪華。房間內床單有頭髮，設備有問題，服務不夠專業，當然以上我都理解。但個人對安全方面還是比較看重，可在這裏我並沒有感受到安全。順路一説，早餐很難吃。
