1.下午4點洗澡沒有熱水……打電話問了。約60分鐘才有了熱水……打電話3次。
2.早上退房，前台沒人，給老闆發訊息讓按金退微信上。不回。中午打電話又説了一次，説稍後退。下午17點還沒收到，又打一次説微信沒錢，一會兒給轉。
3.第二天還沒收到按金，服了，發訊息説不要了讓工商局聯繫你們。不回。遂投訴。笑死了，投訴完，按金就發回來了。我是真不理解，生意和服務是這麼做的？我的評價如圖所示。
