所有的服務和環境都跟很滿意，酒店在恩施市算不錯的，唯一覺得有點遺憾的就是酒店的早餐很一般，希望能有改進。

恩施為數不多的豪華型酒店之一，值得五星好評。如果考慮交通便利和居住舒適，建議首選這家酒店，鄰近汽車站 火車站和機場，尤其是汽車站循環班次去各種景點極為方便。更值得一提的是 他們的服務，入住大概1-2小時內前台都會帶着小零食過來溝通你的居住體驗！即使是在五一期間也會及時幫忙升級房型！感謝前台小全！

酒店位置很方便，離汽運站很近，走路幾分鐘可達，方便坐車去景點
後面就是吃飯一條街，商店也多，非常便利
還準備了每天的歡迎小食，非常貼心
