5🈷️中旬帶爸媽來恩施旅遊第一次來恩施看到這家酒店就在火車站旁邊雖然價格稍貴一點但心想交通方便而且是高檔型酒店就選擇了這家，沒想到卻實這次旅程讓我最糟心的一家酒店。
服務：前台服務態度還是很好的。但是第二天早餐的服務員態度卻非常差都讓我都感到詫異，早餐咖啡機不是全自動需要先手動加粉再放到旁邊機器所以我就準備幫我爸爸一起做咖啡，我看到了咖啡機上擺着一塊牌子説普通咖啡牛奶咖啡免費…濃縮咖啡要收費當時我已經覺得奇怪了，當我剛把咖啡粉壓好服務員就過來開口就是説我咖啡粉搞太多了要收費！！！我説牛奶咖啡不是免費嗎？她又像教訓我的語氣來了句你這是濃縮，不會弄讓服務員做……我説早上餐廳都沒幾位客人那我剛才在咖啡機旁邊那麼久也沒看到服務員啊，後來我直接去找前台讓值班經理來了，我真是頭一次聽到自助早餐裏的咖啡要分類收錢！如果是下午茶我可以理解咖啡收費最後搞得我後面也沒時間心情吃早飯。
設施：預訂是家庭房一開始那一間房間一進門下水道的臭味充滿整個房間開窗了一段時間也還是很厲害後來我打電話換了一間雖然還是有臭味但拿毛巾蓋上噴了點香水也就還好就忍一晚。
這家酒店真的是太失望了，當時的值班經理雖然也出面解決給我的解釋是可能前一天團隊比較多所以服務員態度不好，不好意思那我們散客就沒法得到正常的服務嘛？

I booked a room online and was given an afternoon tea as a gift. It was such a surprise. I didn't expect it to be so considerate. It tasted very good and the freshly ground coffee tasted pure. The cake is also very fresh, even my girlfriend and I didn’t finish it😹😹
