房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全。乾淨衞生。甚至還配備了充電線，礦泉水水果每日供應。免費的洗衣服務對遭遇惡劣天氣的驢友也是非常便利的。早餐超棒，各種粉，麪條，豆皮，種類繁多，早餐就是我每天最開心的時刻。品嚐各種恩施小吃。這裏的每一個人都非常友善耐心。接送機的小姐姐超級貼心。各種介紹。我會推薦給每一個來恩施旅遊的朋友。這裏的服務真是做到了極致！大大的贊送給你們！！！

節日期間性價比很高的一家酒店，應該是當地老牌酒店。房間很大很寬敞，設施比較新，衞生乾淨，服務也好。位置也好找。

五一期間去了趟恩施旅行 帶着小孩來這邊拍照打卡 旅途風景確實優美 讓人流連忘返 晚上休息 在網上訂了這家酒店
進入房間發現許多問題 洗漱台上毛髮沒有打掃乾淨 還包括浴巾上也有上任旅客殘留毛髮 這讓人實在難以接受 不免擔心是不是沒有更換過
置物櫃 以及床單上殘存些來歷不明液體痕跡 讓我瞬間心灰意冷 本想好好休息一下 門外卻時不時傳來一陣腳步聲和客房大姐的吵鬧聲 不能讓人安靜入眠
還有床頭殘留水泥塊 床邊被丟棄的廢紙巾 包括牆壁上虎視噹噹的蚊子 真是讓人慾哭無淚！！！
最重要一點就是期電視下方有根伸出來電線有點嚇人 要是小孩子隨意不小心觸碰到電線 那後果真是不可預料！！！
本想讓這次假期充滿一次愉快的回憶卻不曾想又被上了一課[捂臉][捂臉]
