工作人員都很棒 態度友善 還專業 很喜歡這裏 精緻服務 以後還會再來的，服務都很專業 開心 的 值得推薦的酒店。很親切很勤快，前台的服務也很好，交通便利，環境優美，周邊商圈很方便，酒店乾淨衞生安靜，很專業，房間能看出平時專業的維護。開心的入住體驗，不愧是五星級酒店。

環境：出行確實很方便，附近就有夜市步行五分鐘的商圈新天地很熱鬧。
衞生:房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適。酒店的環境設施還是很不錯的。
設施:屋內的佈局很合理舒服，小冰箱也很好用，還準備了飲品。
服務:真是超棒的。入住，享受服務，離店，感覺都很好。星級酒店服務是不一樣的。

我們看了攜程的評價來的。訂了，大家都感覺很驚艷，環境設施人員各方面都很滿意。大廳工作人員早中午晚的問好，小朋友還給準備了他的用品，工作人員手寫的卡片，房間開夜床還準備的牛奶和礦泉水，這些細節都很到位，我們非常認可。酒店位置也很好，離地機場和土司城、女兒城也近。我們非常滿意!

是説恩施最好的酒店，服務好也是沒話説的。從沒來酒店就打來電話詢問入住需求，到入住開始，開夜床等等都足夠貼心細緻。服務培訓到位，所有環節服務細節很好。尤其大堂的經理和樓層阿姨真的很熱情。小冰箱mini bar也很大方，房間乾淨整齊，床品一流。特別是用心、細心、貼心的服務，讓我感到賓至如歸的感覺

一進房間有股發黴的氣味，需開窗通風很長時間……一次性的拖鞋袋子上寫着已消毒，勿帶走！讓人不敢穿，請問酒店是怎麼消毒的？？？是消毒水泡呀還是高温滅菌呀，還是環氧乙烷滅菌呢？這些都比買一雙貴吧！1千多的房費都不能提供新的一次性拖鞋嗎！！！退房後同行的小妹因這次出行忘記帶充電線，在大堂等車時，想借用一下，大堂穿黑西裝的小哥盡然説他們這裏沒有！！！昨天住酒店的時候還借用了，辦結賬後就沒有了，還真讓人生氣！儘管最後還是給借用了，但是體驗感差！太小家子氣！！！

在恩施這家五星酒店住了三晚，感覺很好，忍不住點贊！首先服務超好。由於客房緊張，我第一天訂的是豪華大床房，第二天訂的是行政大床房。而第二天我一早要參加騰龍洞一日遊，換房不方便。前台得知這情況，第一天就免費給我升級行政大床房，解決了我換房困難。真的很感謝！此外，每天都送一大盤水果，還有綠豆餅，感覺很温馨！還有早餐70元的價錢，但實際吃的是100多元的標準，即豐盛又實惠！還有酒店客房很乾凈，裝飾清雅大氣，我也喜歡！離店去機場時，門僮主動為我去路上叫了一輛出租，服務很貼心！總之，這家酒店給我留下了很好的印象，值得推薦！

酒店地理環境好，設施完善舒適豪華，客服很熱情主動，打掃房間的工作人員也很周到。從前台到禮賓，到門口迎賓都非常温柔。外賣會有機器人送上樓，這個太加分了！！晚上有一份外賣太重機器人放不下，禮賓部的帥哥還幫我送上樓！玩了一圈回酒店大堂的經理很貼心的給小朋友拿瓶裝水，給我介紹美食！體驗感棒極啦。
