恩施自由行旅遊住了四天，酒店交通方便，步行去汽車站、火車站十五分鐘左右，在奧山環島旁，房間空間大，乾淨衞生，洗澡和衞生間分隔開很好，乾濕分離，前台服務態度好。

衞生：特意要的無煙區，結果被子全是煙味，薰陶了一宿。
環境：地理位置離恩施站幾分鐘路程。
服務：前台的服務態度有待提高，樓層服務員熱情周到，餐廳收餐員勤快。
自助早餐非常糟糕，與星級不匹配，麪包不新鮮，種類不多。

帶爸媽來恩施旅遊，選擇的3人房，服務很好，每個工作人員碰到都是笑臉相迎，房間很寬敞，細節都很乾凈，床褥都很舒服，定了兩晚，又續住一晚，再想續住的時候很遺憾沒有房間了，爸媽很滿意，如果下次來還想住這裏

酒店位置很好，出火車站步行十幾分鍾就到，前台服務也挺好，淡季給升級了房型，房間衞生也挺好，設施也很新，自動化的馬桶、窗簾，但是它有一個bug，噪音有點大，晚上車流聲音比較明顯，是我最忍不了的地方
