Location was the best. You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

Very Disappointing. Before arriving I have put in a request and got a reply, that would be no problem when arrived. When arrived, the request, was not put into place. Finally go to room, room was very warm, air conditioned was not working and it was heat that you could have not done with out AC. Someone came up, looked at it, told someone with look at tomorrow, which is not expectable especially in the temperatures it was. I was really struggling in the heat. As your guy if we can have a different room with working A/C or even fans. He said he will be back in 5mins. Next Morning still never seen them. Staff not very helpful or friendly.
