Hotel-Bodega Finca de Los Arandinos

Ruta motera por la zona. Agradecer a Ma José y a Cristina su atención y compromiso para que el cliente se sienta acogido. Excelente hotel con SPA. Nos quedamos con las ganas de poder hacer la visita a la bodega pero el horario no nos lo perrmitió.

Sorprendente! Escogimos el lugar por el Spa y la tranquilidad de estar alejado del centro y fue un acierto. Han sido muy amable y todos se esforzaron en que nos sintiéramos como en casa.

Heerlijk en comfortabel verblijf gehad van 5 nachten. De kamer is schoon, ruim en stil. Het bed is prima. Balkon met mooi uitzicht. De locatie is handig voor een bezoek aan de Bodegas in Rioja, een mooi dorpje of een wandeling in het natuur reservaat. Het hotel heeft een eigen bodega. De toer, van de wijnmaker, leuk en leerzaam. Service: Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk, enthousiast en behulpzaam (wandelingen in omgeving, dorpjes, restaurants, wijnmakers), Dit geeft je een welkom gevoel. Ontbijt en diner goed. De eigen wijn een aanrader en erg betaalbaar. Prijs kwaliteit goed.

We were captivated by its architecture and spa. First of all they give us the menu and when we ask about the two menus on the website they say that they are no longer available, so it seemed to us a big failure in updating and information. The dining room has a central part where very good natural light enters, but in the end it was very dark and unwelcoming. The starters were very delicious but both the fish and the meat were very average. Lacking in flavor and quantity. However, the desserts are really delicious. Regular service, friendly waitresses but serving as in a daily menu restaurant, at speed, without hospitality details

The main problem we had was that the hotel had been painted and varnished floors the week before. The smell of varnish was very strong and forced us to keep the room open during the day and part of the night. The temperature outside in January is low and it was quite unpleasant. The hotel was full and they could not offer us any other solution than to cancel the reservation and look for a nearby hotel with availability. I understand that the works are difficult to control, but perhaps the opening was hasty given the poor ventilation of the spaces. The design of the room by David Delfín is risky, certainly not for everyone's tastes. It is original but I think that the bathroom part is not well resolved and is not functional. They are spacious rooms, therefore, at least the shower should have a fixed space from our point of view. The Tierra restaurant, in line with the hotel, seemed too simple in its decoration, but we loved the food. The dishes are very well prepared and in reasonable quantities. The treatment from the staff was very good, in the case of the waiter (I didn't ask his name) he was excellent, a charming person. At breakfast I would include more variety. But I want to insist again on the preparation of the dishes, we found it original and exquisite. Finally, on the day of departure we visited the winery. Roberto was very friendly and gave us a visit closer to the strain than the bottle. We had never visited a winery so interesting from the point of view of the treatment of the vine, the grapes, etc... of course he explained the treatment of the winery to us and we did the tasting, but what we liked the most was the explanations on foot field. As I said, the beginning was not good, but little by little it gained momentum, the first day I would have given it a 2, however, as it progressed I left it at a 4.

A marvel, restaurant, room, views... the only problem is that when we went to the spa, no one accompanied us or explained anything, or turned on the lights...

A special place with beautiful views and relaxing, the room was very original, comfortable and clean. Very good breakfast with unbeatable service. Totally recommended

Excellent choice. Unbeatable treatment, a wonderful spa, cleanliness and highly recommended gastronomy. Ideal for a getaway for a couple of days. One of the best things we have found in the area and we will surely repeat it again.
