Everything is excellent, except that you have to talk to the reception when you rent tje room with jacuzzi and they will activate for only 15 minutes and then shutdown, for me there it was rated 3.5

Arame Hotel was super clean and as expected based on the reviews. We prefer smaller, more intimate hotels and location was more amongst the locals. The mall was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Hot scrambled eggs and some variation was provided for breakfast on daily basis. There was fresh fruits and smoothies as well. It would have been great if they could add sancocho soup during breakfasts!
Otherwise, the rooms are super spacious, kept clean and very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we came back!

Los recepcionista no fueron respetuosos ni amables, el servicio de limpieza fue pésimo, el desayuno siempre con la misma presentación sin variación, el cuarto tenía el sofá cama súper manchado , sucio y en mala cálida al igual que la puerta del baño rota y no cerraba bien, sábanas y toallas empercudidas
