Fletcher Hotel Restaurant Epe-Zwolle

Outdated hotel with a nice, good restaurant. Room was okay but the two double beds were difficult to reach, difficult arrangement, outdated small bathroom. No refrigerator, no coffee/tea facilities in the room

I canceled my but it doesn't say you will get your money back and I called you the next day but I got a bad response and not a clear statement at all

It started at check-in, a colleague took over her colleague because his lunch break started, this went in a very snappy way (not necessarily my "problem" but it became a strange atmosphere) Hotel room had not been touched for a while, the stains in the curtains, dingy bathroom (considering that you can also sit in a refurbished van der Valk for almost the same money) Early in the morning we were knocked out of bed by a group that wanted to use the sunny terrace or swimming pool (enough noise in any case) Apparently our room has no electricity because both our phones hadn't charged (mention at the reception the answer was I'll write it down, by the way was the same colleague who snapped like that the day before) We had a late check out which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Unfortunately, a cleaning lady was already banging on our door at half past 11. She hadn't heard of a late check out. From a fun party to a disappointing hotel. Which for us as parents should have been just the moment of rest, relax and sleep in. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Prima verblijf, eenvoudige kamer met prima schone bedden etc Nadeel vond ik de kleine verwarmingsplaat op de kamer, was beetje koud! Prima ontbijt en diner!

Beautiful wooded area. The room was very small and not cleaned properly, the tap was broken upon arrival. Looks a bit neglected, the parking lights and cameras are broken or very outdated. There were piles of leaves everywhere on the road, which was very slippery and dangerous, and was not removed every day with a leaf blower. A women's football team from abroad came to visit, and completely different services and dinner were offered! Breakfast buffet is standard, no fresh juice, but from a vending machine with a very chemical taste. Swimming pool was cold also the water. The dinner is far too expensive for what is offered, all very small portions at the main price, better to go to an all you can eat in the area, eat and drink for a fixed price which is also much cheaper!

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de rand van Epe. Vanuit het hotel loop je direct de bossen in voor een mooie wandeling of fietstocht. De receptie en het restaurant zien er prima uit. De kamers zijn wel wat verouderd en toe aan een upgrade . Diner was lekker en ‘s ochtends is er een ontbijtbuffet. Gezien de prijs die we betaald hebben was het prima.
