First time stay and very nice clean quiet location

Booked as a last minute stay, the room itself was poor, however it became even worse when there were stains all over the bed, dead bugs everywhere and the bathroom was unclean, I would like a refund.

So the location leaves a bit to be desired in terms of its beauty. The rooms I feel are if a high standard and the staff were friendly and able to help with any questions I had. There was a petrol station and miller and carter 2 minutes walk and the restaurant there. 2 sticking points really as otherwise it was great value and lovely suite. 1 the hot water did not work. 2. Early hours of the morning there was some kerfuffle outside which caused disruption to the stay but this of course not in the control of the owners.

This is a lovely apar**ent righy in the centre next to all the bars and restaurants. Nearest bar is a 30s walk. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely stay here again

You need to inform the staff every morning that you need a change of towels and bed sheets otherwise they will not do it. It is not automatique The parking area is very restricted for turning so you have to be careful especially exiting. The most dangerous thing is there is no lighting to the entrance of the site and the entrance itself is very narrow so you can easily miss the entrance. Also you have to be careful entering the site as it is very narrow and is set off a busy main road. This may be because the entrance is a common entrance to a boxing gym also so no one is taking responsibility for the lighting to the entrance which I consider dangerous. The room was clean and warm although small as it is one of several chalet type rooms.

Was fine, as expected for the money...no phone signal to call on but WiFi was ok.... dipping water sound from the toilet all night but didn't bother me but may annoy others... called me a cab when I asked because of no phone signal so staff all friendly and helpful
