DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE Cockroach infestation No drain covers in shower tray and wash basin Slippery shower tub and floor area No daily In room Cleaning Lack of lighting Foul Odour through out unit Pay to view only Television, no free view channels One chair for dining In (not that we did No table of any size Water logged Cabinets POSITIVE Easy access to main arterial route to Motorway Newmarket Manukau Road, Epsom WI-FI Fridge (would hold a 24 box of beers)

Don't stay, the fundamentals in a basic motor inn are not provided. No duvet covers or blankets on the bed just sheets. No towel until I asked, no changing or towels or beds made, no plugs in bathroom sink, no cover over the hair trap in shower... insects crawling on the bathroom floor, not all lights in bathroom working or in the unit, no batteries in tv remote or a cover for it, smelly rubbish skip outside by car park, doors don';t lock as been damaged so just a bolt used restricting exit to outside car in carpark, non staff people work in reception so when asked or made a request they said they didn't work there, pillow 1/2 inch thick and pillow cases slipped on each other. You could see they just don't care of the property or service or probably you too. I can see why it is cheap but not cheap enough.... should be $50/ night and bring your own linen. I can't believe they are still being advertised through reputable booking sites like ******* or wotif...... they need to be inspected....

This is a seriously budget hotel. My friend, her daughter and I all had to sleep in one room. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels. They thought I had more people coming, but it was because they had only supplied us with one pillow each, and they were really thin, and the towels were mismatched and very thin. I didn’t pay a lot for 3 people so if you’re prepared to compromise on having any convenience, it’s cheap. Could be cleaner and have a sink for dishes.

Terrible, dirty,, cockroaches: I need refund as I stayed for only 2 nights

The carpet stank. Outside was unkempt. No service of room. Sad place.

The property is convenient and parking is good We were very disappointed in the condition of the grounds. The photos on their website give a false impression of the maintenance. We were disappointed in the quality of the towels and there was no tea towel for the dishes. We had wet towels the 2nd night we were there and the rubbish bin had n ot been emptied. Not what we expected. Sorry.

My stay was cancelled by the motel 3 days before i due to stay. I want my money back pls!!

There was some guy shouting abuse at someone else all night...

No room service, I had to ask for my towel to be changed, just didn't come up to the standard of a modern motel, and for a 5 night stay I would have expected the sheets to have been changed, no luck. The web site of this motel needs to be updated because it shows a nice comfortable motel with restaurant attached, not true, the web site also says that it is only a 10 minute walk to the Ellerslie events centre, that rubbish, it took me 30 minutes and I'm fit. I really wouldn't recommend this property to anyone unless they don't mind roughing it.
