Fortunately, I booked a side sea view room. If it had a full sea view, it would probably be noisy (the waves are very loud).
The hotel is located in the suburbs. It is a bit difficult to find when driving because the entrance is not obvious.

From the start it was a mess. I gave them my airlines info as they requested
Except they sent someone who does not speak English?? They does not work
Maybe have them inside with the rest with a sign and the person's name on it. They did not have an English menu, it is in an area that is not safe for a single non speaking American. They have a lovely restaurant but no one speaks English nor can they explain the menu and when you try to log knot up on their website it is so small you can't see it.
The hotel was empty yet they could not accommodate me asking me to pay for an ocean view room..so instead I was at the end of the hotel, no view and it was so loud you could hear the cars in the parking lot. I asked to talk to the property manager and I never heard from her. The front desk has limited English speaking as well.
Here is where I am at, the only reason this place is "exceptional" is maybe one person reviewed it. Don't stay here until they realize who they need to cater to.
Such a disappointing 3 days.

On accède à l'hôtel par un porche et un joli jardin, il y a une jolie vue mer. La chambre est magnifique avec un grand balcon, la salle d'eau est moderne et vaste. Un gentil accueil avec un mot personnalisé et des gâteaux locaux et de l'eau. Le restaurant est élégant, les petits déjeuners sont gargantuesques. Un petit point de moins pour le bruit la nuit du dimanche de l'Ascension venant d'un parking voisin.

Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen aus mehreren Gründen. Es war zwar sauber und Neu, was in Napoli ein seltener Fall ist, aber wir sind erfroren, die Klima war nicht zu regulieren im Zimmer auf warm, und Anfang Mai waren es draussen 12 Grad am Abend mit Regen. Das Zimmer war kalt und unangenehm. Das einzigste was die Rezeption dazu meine, war das sie die Klima ganz abstellen, was aber auch nicht half. Kaum kamen wir daheim an, kam eine email, dass Sie uns Parkgebühren berechnen wollen, mit 20€ am Tag, wovon nie die Rede war beim Check In, und auch auf ******* ausgeschrieben. Dann wurden wir regelrecht beklaut, weil als wir Nachmittags ankamen, und gefragt haben wo man die beste Pizza essen kann in Napoli, und mit dem Auto reinfahren ind dort parken kann in der Nähe, wurde und Angst eingejagt, dass man auf keinen Fall mit dem Auto reinfahren soll, weil es gefährlich, und die Parkplätze über 10€ die Stunde kosten. Die Rezeption hat uns ein Taxi bestellt, und die Pizza hat und teuer gekostet. Für 8km hin unf zurück, müssten wir 100€ bezahlen. Die nächsten zwei Tage, sind wir selbst mit dem Auto reingefahren, was überhaupt nicht gefährlich war, und alle Parkplätze kosten 4-5€ die Stunde, und sind sicher. Nie wieder dieses Hotel, weil bei einem 4-5 Sterne Hotel, erwartet man nicht das man beraubt wird.
