The hotel is nice, but I mistakenly thought that the hotel was together with the thermal water park, but it is only 100 meters away. If you want to be together with the thermal water park, you should book "Victory Hotel" instead of "Victory Gasthaus". Of course, the price is different. The hotel has free parking, which is very convenient, right in the parking lot in front of the building.

Gutes Gästehaus. Tolle Lage , 5 Minurten zu Fuß zur Therme Erding. Sehr gutes reichaltiges Frühstück.Zimmer standard und sauber.Preis für Einzelzimmer war schon etwas teuer!

The "guesthouse" hotel is wonderful! The "Victory" complex is a large "thermal water park" with people walking around in bathing suits, towels and robs, even at the restaurants! 100% unsanitary. I would not recommend staying at the "hotel" water park.
The guest house hotel is on the other side of the complex, which is quite and provides some remoteness. The staff is very professional, rooms are fantastic with many updates, balconies and also included daily breakfast. Well worth the price paid. Would 100% recommend.

Everyone is very friendly. The rooms are super nice, spacious and bathroom is well laid out. Balcony area is relaxing for fresh air.
