Çalışanlarınızın güler yüzlülüğü ve ilgisi, konaklamamı gerçekten kusursuz kıldı. Resepsiyondan mutfak personeline kadar herkesin profesyonel ve sıcak tavrı, otelinize olan hayranlığımı daha da artırdı. Odalarınızın konforu ve temizliği mükemmel olmakla birlikte özellikle odaların ferah ve modern dizaynı, kendimi evimde hissetmemi sağladı. Bu yüzden günlük temizliği özenle yapan temizlik ekibinize de ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kahvaltı servisiniz ve girişte sunulan atıştırmalıklarda, yemeklerde ***et harikaydı. Her öğün özenle hazırlanmış ve lezzetliydi. Özellikle sabah kahvaltılarındaki çeşitlilik ve tazelik, güne güzel bir başlangıç yapmamı sağladı. Sunduğunuz hizmetin kalitesi ve başta idil Hanım, Kutay Bey, Büşra Hanım ve Meryem Hanım olmak üzere tüm personellerinizin kusursuz misafirperverliği nedeniyle otelinizi herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye etmekten asla çekinmemekteyim. En kısa sürede tekrardan görüşmek üzere Tekrardan teşekkür eder ve iyi çalışmalar dilerim!

We stayed in the family room. It has a sufficient and nice room space. We were satisfied. Also, it is not far from the city. The location is also good. We will come again. We recommend it. If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, it is a good option. We were also pleased with the staff.

We chose the hotel because it was affordable in terms of price and by looking at the photos. We came to Sakarya without knowing anything about it, but its location is so central that it is incredibly close to everywhere. Especially cafes and restaurants are right at your doorstep. The breakfast is excellent. First Lady's smiling face and wonderful baked potatoes became our breakfast favorite. Ms. Fidan at the reception helped us a lot before we even arrived and was always attentive. Beverages, coffees and teas are offered and the atmosphere is pleasant on the terrace. He has soup at night. They always welcome you with little treats at the entrance. The cleaning ladies, Nurşen and Mihriban, are there to help and do whatever you want. In short, it is a hotel on the second floor in the plaza, where you will not regret going. It is clean, spacious, has a balcony and is a convenient place. Moreover, it is central and close to everywhere you want to visit in Sakarya. There are many restaurants downstairs. We stayed in room 302 and were very pleased. I recommend it 👍

We stayed one night during the holiday. We chose this hotel based on the positive comments and we were very pleased. The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly and caring. The breakfast was more diverse than we expected. It was also nice to have dinner on the terrace with a view. Also, the price and location were very affordable. There are places to eat and easy access to markets on the street. We stayed in room 329. Rain water is leaking from the balcony. This needs to be done. Also, the insulation of the hotel is not very good and there is a lot of noise from other rooms at night. They combined the double bed with two single beds, which constantly causes the middle of the bed to open. But overall we were satisfied. We recommend it to those who want to stay

This is my 3rd visit and I wanted to write a comment here. I wanted a deluxe room, but they gave me a normal room as deluxe, the floors were stained, I was not satisfied! It looks clean, but when you look carefully, it is not hygienic at all. For this reason, I cannot comment positively…………
