Sehr zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal. Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen und auch am Abend die Bar. Das hätte ich bei dem Preis erwartet

Erreichbarkeit mit der Bahn war gut!
Sauberkeit bis auf fehlenden Handtuchwechsel war okay!
Service bei Problemen mit der Keycard so lala!
Bei der Ausstattung habe ich einen Wasserkocher bzw. Kaffeemaschine vermisst!

Zentral gelegen, sauber und gut ausgestattetes Hotel. Reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Service Desk durchschnittlich. Leider war ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett nicht verfügbar, die beiden Einzelbetten konnte man aber zusammenstellen. Alles in allem solides Hotel mit gutem Service.

Great location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy a**osphere, friendly staff.
The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?!
During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!

Wir waren über Ostern mit acht Personen in dem Hotel. Es wird ein einmaliger Besuch bleiben. Das Hotel liegt zwar günstig zur Innenstadt, das ist jedoch für den aufgerufenen Preis zu wenig. Die Lobby macht abends den Anschein, als würden Dreharbeiten für einen düsteren Endzeitfilm anstehen. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Flecken auf den Teppichen im Zimmer (wir hatten eine „bessere“ Kategorie!) machen keinen guten Eindruck. Die Bar sollte angeblich am Freitag um 21:00 Uhr geöffnet werden, das stellte sich dann jedoch als unwahr heraus. Der Service im ersatzweise angebotenen Restaurant war bereits mit einfachsten Cocktails überfordert. Auch am Sontag war bereits um 22:00 Uhr „Feierabend“. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung; hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Dame, die uns Samstag und Sonntag am Eingang empfing und uns trotz gegenteiliger Aushänge in den Aufzügen einen Tisch für unsere Drei-Generationen-Familie reservierte! Das Hotel verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage, die teurer ist, als die gegenüberliegende Tiefgarage des Theaters. Leider bietet das Hotel in seiner Tiefgarage keine einzige Ladestation für ein e-Auto an. „Hallo! Aufwachen, verehrtes Management! Wir haben 2024 und Sie reklamieren 4 Sterne für sich.
