In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Zimmerreinigung sehr dürftig, wurde nicht gesaugt, dreckige Fernbedienung, dreckiger Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon, Socken vom Vorgänger im Zimmer gehabt, Lüfter /Heizung heizte nicht, nur kalte Luft. Lage ist sehr gut, alles fußläufig, Personal nett. Frühstück ganz normale Auswahl, nix außergewöhnliches, Rührei nur Pulver. Fazit: 0815, für 1-2 Nächte ok, nichts besonderes, außer die Lage ist super und man kann direkt dort parken

Im großen und ganzen ist das Hotel sehr gut, auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Was allerdings nicht so gut ist, ist der Parkplatz. Es ist umständlich, man muss immer Klingeln und es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zum Hotel, man muss immer aussen herum. Das Chek- in war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ihr Zimmer ist nicht bezugsbereit… Diese Aussage liebe ich, obwohl schon 15 Uhr! Die Ernüchterung im Zimmer, duschen in der Badewanne und schlechte Beleuchtung im Bad. Ansonsten das Zimmer okay mit Ausblick zur Krämerbrücke. Frühstück nicht wirklich gut, liegt schon länger im Buffet und sieht dementsprechend aus. Lage top, alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Nettes Personal und zunächst gut aussehendes Haus.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war desolat. Bettbezug defekt, nicht identifizierbare Flecken (Blut?). Langes schwarzes Haar im Waschbecken, an mehreren Stellen Schimmel in der Dusche, beim Hocker im Bad löste sich die Oberfläche anscheinend wegen Feuchtigkeit. Mehr ist nicht dazu zu sagen.

Erfurt is a delightful place! This hotel, we stayed in the old section above the Gera River, is a perfect location to see the history- great for Martin Luther walks.
The only thing I didn't realize was that the old section doesn't have an elevator and for older folks with luggage, its a challenge. However once we got up the flights to our room, everything was very nice.

Nous avons étés surpris du nombres d escaliers nécessaire à l arrivée car pas d ascenseur et avec trois valises rien d évident . Et de plus nous étions dans une annexe et pas dans l hôtel en temps de froid pas évident. De plus nous avons trouvé le lavabo bouché et un sèche serviette fuyant pas évident.

Lovely hotel just next to the Krämerbrücke, one of the most spectacular sites in town. Very friendly staff, easy check in. Fantastic bed, rooms are fairly small, but well equipped and modern, good and quick internet. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of fresh food and an amazing choice. Parking can be booked in their garage for 18€ per night. Location could hardly be better. All in all an excellent price- service ratio. I will be back!
