Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit ok Ausstattung. Leitungsposition Fehlbesetzung, unfreundlich u d unverschämt. Rezeption sollte dringend neu besetzt werden. Restaurantservice bemüht sich. Diese Leistung wird jedoch durch Empfangsdame zunichte gemacht. Essen ok aber nix besonderes. Vermutlich Küche personell unterbesetzt und dann mit größeren Gruppen überfordert. Insgesamt ein leider enttäuschendes, nicht ganz günstiges und nicht empfehlenswertes Erlebnis.

Die Hotelmanagerin ist wenig Gästeorientiert herzliches Willkommen geht anders Sauna musste extra bezahlt werden wurde aber nicht darauf hingewiesen für ein 4 Sternehaus wenigkomfort Fernseher minl und alt mindestens 14 Jahre die Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Personal nicht freundlich ! Man wird nicht mal begrüsst wenn man anreisst und doof angeschaut weil man mehrere Koffer hat ! Patzige Reception ! Ich bin mir sicher nicht das ganze Personal ist so, vielleicht hat es was mit der Geschäftsleitung zu tun ??? Das Hotel ist schön aber durch die Erfahrung mit Personal leider keine angenehmer Aufenthalt! Frühstück war das mindeste da, könnte aber auch verbessert werden ! Wir werden nie wieder kommen und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen!

Leider kann ich nicht viel positives vermerken. Unfreundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken.Trotz bestellter Aufbettung war kein Bett da ! Auch auf Nachfrage ist nichts passiert.Kein Duschgel , und nur 2 Handtücher. Frühstück war ok , allerdings fände ich es passender wenn man mehr regionale Produkte verwenden würde!Dame an der Rezeption ( Chefin) sehr kratzbürstig , Wortwahl war völlig daneben! Überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich !Parkplätze genügend vorhanden.Unser Zimmer war sauber , aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider konnte man die Vorhänge nicht komplett schließen, was ich nicht sehr angenehm fand .Erfurt ist auf jeden Fall sehenswert, aber nicht mit diesem Hotel ! Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne …..

Wir hatten über ein Reiseportal 2 Zimmer für 4 Personen für 3 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück und 1x am Abend ein 3 Gänge Menü gebucht. (vorher Komplett bezahlt) Bei der Ankunft wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, das 2 andere Gäste nicht ausziehen möchten. Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert ohne uns vorher zu verständigen. Das war dann ein Hotel ohne Restaurant. Wir waren gezwungen, ein Restaurant weit entfernt zu suchen, da in der nahen Umgebung die Gastronomie Mangelware war.

Alles Gut! Genügend Parkplätze, sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Autobahn ganz in der Nähe. Schönes Bad mit starker Klimaanlage. Großes Zimmer mit guter Bettwäsche. Frühstück war auch wirklich lecker, sowohl warme als auch kalte Küche.
Allerdings wäre ein weiterer Mitarbeiter nur fair, da beim Frühstück das Nachlegen trotz hohen Tempos der Angestellten recht lange gedauert hat. Ebenfalls provozieren die kleinen Gläser und Tassen zum häufigen Nachgießen, was in Coronazeiten zu vielen unnötigen Begegnungen am Buffett führt!
